Bouteflika: Arab states refuse threats against Palestinians democratic choice

"President of Algeria Abdelaziz Bouteflika affirmed Tuesday that Arab states refuse threats against the Palestinian people's choice for their representatives to the PLC," Wafa reported today adding "He described threats to boycott the Palestinian people for their democratic choice as a flagrant violation to their rights, saying that pressures exerted on Palestinians contradict the democracy that the international community calls for."
The report said "In the opening session of the 18th Arab Summit in Khartoum, Bouteflika stressed that the Palestinian people deserve world wide respect for their democratic, fair and transparent elections."
