40 bodies were found in Iraq

The Iraqi police announced finding 30 beheaded bodies on Sunday evening in al-Mulla Eid village situated on the highway between the two cities of Baqouba and al-Nahrawan northeast of Baghdad.
The Iraqi police forces is investigating the killing those persons whose identity was not known.
In addition to the bodies found near Baqouba, sources at the Iraqi ministry of interior said that other 10 bodies were found in various quarters of Baghdad on Sunday.
Some of these bodies were hand and eyes tightened shot with bullets in the head. All these are characteristics of sectarian killing acts erupted in Iraq after the blowing up of the Shiite shrine of Imam Ali al-Hadi in February.
Three persons were killed and other 6 injured including one judge and a police officer in various attacks in Basra, Balad, and Baghdad.
While attacks continued in several Iraqi cities, a military operation carried out by units from the Iraqi army under American air cover was completed in al-Hweijeh district west of Karkouk and resulted in the detention of 40 persons including 2 Egyptians and 25 from the Islamic organizations, according to the Iraqi army.
