Mubarak says focus needed on Upper Egypt development

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak yesterday meeting with Upper Egyptian members of the National Democratic Party parliamentary said the government will focus on this region which has been ignored with focus in the past years on providing services to the southern region.
Mubarak said he is committed to complete in the next five year political and economic reforms he promised in he election campaign.
