Lebanese consensus on Damascus, dismantling Palestinian weapons
Meeting of the Lebanese inter-national dialogue sides were concluded in Lebanon on Tuesday by an agreement to dismantle the Palestinian weapons inside and outside the Palestinian camps, the establishment of full diplomatic relations with Syria, and to discuss the suspended issues on March 22.

Daily Star: Shebaa Farms residents insist they are Lebanese
The Lebanese Daily Star reported that "The citizens of Arkoub and Shebaa Farms insisted on Monday that 'the Shebaa Farms belong to Lebanon.' During a news conference at the Toufic Tabbara hall, the association of the Arkoub and Shebaa Farms demanded that the government take action on the national and international scene to prove that the Farms belong to Lebanon."

US Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld yesterday said "When you consider the day-to-day events in Iraq, it's clearly a very difficult situation. Violence continues. Scores of bodies found in Baghdad
The number of bodies found by the Iraqi police increased in parts of Iraq to 80 persons since Monday morning. The Iraqi ministry of interior announced the discovery of 27 bodies killed by bullets and hand tightened in Kamaleyah and Fadeleyah areas east of Baghdad.
