Brazil arrest Lebanese suspect in Hariri murder

Police in Brazil arrested a 39-year-old Lebanese woman Rana Qlailat, former official of the bankrupted al-Madina Bank, suspected of having played a role in the assassination of Lebanon's ex-premier Rafiq al-Hariri, authorities said.
Rana Abdel Rahim Qleilat, was carrying a British passport issued by the British embassy in Beirut according to Globo television.
She was detained at her hotel room in Sao Paulo without incident Sunday on an Interpol warrant related to bank fraud accusations in Lebanon, police told AFP.
