Deteriorated Iraqi security conditions, interior ministry suspected

Vagueness continue to prevail on breaking of one armed group of 30 persons wearing Iraqi police uniform, manned by 15 cars with heavy machine guns in one procession, into al-Rawafid tributaries) company which is specialized in providing security services for several trade companies in Iraq.

The breaking in resulted in kidnapping 50 workers in the company including its director and the confiscation of the "assets treasure." Most of the kidnapped are members in the former Iraqi army.

One official source in the company said that the attackers were not resisted because they were representing an official side, according to Gen. Falah al-Muhamadawi from the ministry of interior.

Despite the facts that sides at the interior ministry deny links to the incident, however, other sources in the ministry refused to be identified said that the operation was carried out by Iraqi police Commando forces. The Arab Sunni complain ever from breaking in operations carried out by the ministry of interior forces against them.

Moreover, the forces of what is called Maghweir of the ministry of interior detained member of the Muslim Scholars Commission, Sheikh Sajed Abdul Qader Imam, and preacher of al-Maliki mosque north of Baghdad and took him to an unknown destination, according to a statement by the commission.

There are increasing questions being raised about the role of mysterious so-called "death squads" and questions of possible relations to the ministry of interior, with people being killed found in a particular manner of eyes bound and hands tight behind their backs upon being found.
