Arab parties congress continues deliberations

Member of the General Secretariat of Arab Parties Congress Qassem Saleh called for adopting decisions that serve the joint party work and promote performance to gain more achievements that activate Arab political parties' role during this sensitive period.

Saleh, submitting a work paper to the 4th General congress of Arab Parties Sunday, underlined the importance of developing institutions affiliated to the Congress, developing the congress web site and documentation, the library, archive and research.

He also noted to the significance of organizing activities under the name of the Congress in all Arab states and to hold rotating meetings for the member parties to get an idea on the conference activities and works.

Earlier, the General Congress of Arab Parties continued deliberations of its 4th session under the title Supporting Syria and Lebanon in Damascus.

The participants discussed reports on administrative and financial issues as well as elected reporters of the five political, reform, democracy, media and supporting Syria and Lebanon committees.
