In Falluja west of Baghdad, the American forces detained 75 civilians including three women, in the largest breaking in operation in al-Karamah area and its suburbs.

One eye witness from the city said that the American forces released 8 persons of the detained persons including three women.
In another development, the Iraqi authorities detained guards responsible for the protection of oil pipelines under the pretext of collaborating in a campaign launched by gunmen to destroy oil pipeline networks which links between the capital and Karkouk city in the north of the country without mentioning the number of the detainees.
