Al-Assad requests from government specific goals and timetables

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad presided over a cabinet session this morning in the framework of the meetings devoted to the discussion of the ministries programs in the next stage.
At the beginning of the meeting the president gave his directives underlining the necessity for every ministry to present its phased targets and its work program for the current and next years so that these targets can be achieved through a clear executive programs that determine the required measures and the parties involved which are responsible for the execution of these measures,
Al-Assad requested the adoption of clear mechanisms of cooperation among the ministries and the parties that their work meet with targets of the involved ministry in the framework of a clear and specific time table.
The minister of tourism reviewed the work program of his ministry for achieving its phased targets and the required executive programs for this purpose.
Wrapping up the meeting, the president directed that the proposed executive programs, which enjoy priority, should be studies by all the parties involved.
