Bkheitan reiterates Syria's commitment to national, pan-Arab stances

Assistant Regional Secretary of al-Baath Arab Socialist Party Mohammad Saeed Bkheitan reiterated that Syria under the leadership of President Bashar al-Assad "will continue to commitment to abide by her national and pan-Arab stances in defense of the Arab nation's legitimate rights."
Chairing a Party election meeting in Douma city, Damascus Countryside Province, Bkheitan said the pressures and hostile campaigns against Syria aim to force the country to abandon her stances.
Bkheitan added that Syria is keen to achieve Arab solidarity and closing the ranks in the face of attempts to dominate the Arab region. He stressed that Arabism is the melting point for the aspirations of the Arab nation under an atmosphere of tolerance and fraternity.
He asserted that al-Baath Arab Socialist Party is the proper and sound framework under which the Arab nation can live without any contradictions as the Party had represented the Arab nations interest's since its very foundation.
