Qurei: Fatah reluctant to join new government

Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei said today Fatah is unlikely to join the Hamas-led government, but is still considering the issue, and will seek to enhance Palestinian national unity.
He said that Fatah is trying to reconstitute itself after the major elections loss, and to learn from the mistakes it made.
