Lebanon, Politics, 2/21/2006
The Lebanese police announced on Monday that seven missile shelling were found in south Lebanon near the house of the Lebanese parliament member Baheya al-Hariri, sister of the former assassinated prime minister Rafiq al-Hariri.
The police explained that the shells were put in a black plastic bag on the roadside. They were discovered by one worker in the surrounding of the house in Majdelyoun, east of Sidon in south Lebanon.
For her part, the Lebanese parliamentarian Baheya al-Hariri said to the press that these shelling "are part of the unrest in this country and an attempt to destabilize it."
