Two American copters crashed off Djibouti's coasts

The US defense department announced that two helicopters for the marines crashed off the coasts of Djibouti in the African horn, manned by 12 military men.
A statement by the Pentagon said that two members of the two crews were rescued while other 10 are still missing. The statement indicated that the American, French, and Djibouti military rescue teams stationed near the site of the incident started large scale search operations.
The statement explained that the two copters were on a night training mission and crashed near Raas Sewan, north of Djibouti, on Friday evening.
The type of the helicopters (C-H- 53) is the one used to transport heavy equipments and supplies from coastal areas to warships and,joined the service in the marine troopers since 1981. N.
