Egyptian-Turkish company for natural gas exports

Petroleum Minister Sameh Fahmi signed in Istanbul with theTurkish Minister of Energy Hilmi Guler a memorandum of understanding on establishing an Egyptian-Turkish company, on a 50-50 stake basis, for transferring Egyptian natural gas to Turkey and marketing it.
