Shiite coalition in Iraq postpones choosing prime minister

The list of the Shiite United Iraqi Coalition decided to postpone its meeting which was due on Monday to choose the prime minister until Saturday.
Member of the coalition Abbas al-Bayati said that the nomination of the prime minister was postponed at the request of al-Fadila party. A participant member in the coalition in order to give an opportunity to reach consensus a formula and for the preoccupation of the coalition members in Ashoura anniversary day.
Al-Bayati considered that the postponement will allow more consultation in order to settle the issue of choosing the prime minister, and that it is the last opportunity given for this matter.
