Ahmadinejad and King Abdullah Telephone Contact

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Saudi King Fahd bin Abdul Aziz discuss on a telephone contact today issues of mutual concern and bilateral relations.
The two sides also discussed ways to deal with the "offenders of Islamic sacred values by economic and political means."
During the phone contact, the Iranian president indicated, in reference to offensive cartoon depictions being drawn by Western media, that causing harm to Prophet Mohammed contradicts the basic ethics and human dignity and aims at testing the sensitivities of Muslems and the Islamic countries with the hope that if there is no reaction, the offenders will commit further offenses.
Ahmadinejad expressed hope of further enhancing relations of cooperation and coordination between the two countries.
King Ahdullah who is currently on a visit to Pakistan pointed out to some measures taken by the Islamic countries against the offenders of the Islamic sacred values, stressing the necessity for efficient dealing with such offenses.
