Arab interior ministers meet in Tunis
The Arab ministers of interior opened works of their 23rd conference in Tunis on Monday in an attempt to revitalize the Arab agreement for fighting terrorism and to discuss the implementation of several strategies and inter- Arab security agreements, as well as fighting drugs.

Pharaonic statutes found in Luxor
Egypt's "Minister of Culture Farouq Hosni said on Monday that two statues of Sakhmet, the goddess of war, and the head of a member of the royal family, along with a head of a royal family member with Nubian features were found at the temple of Amenhotep III on the west bank of the Nile River in Luxor."
