424 Iraqi prisoners are to be released today

It is expected to day in Iraq the release of 424 Iraqis including five women detained in the prisons of the coalition forces which is supervised by the American forces.
Iraqi sources said that the release of the female prisoners among 8 Iraqi women held in the American jails is connected to the case of the American kidnapped journalist Jill Carol whose kidnappers threatened to kill her unless the Iraqi women prisoners are released.
Meantime, Five Iraqi soldiers were killed and other two injured in a bomb explosions in their vehicle to the north of Baghdad.
Lt. gen. Obeid Ibrahim said that the bomb was implanted near the roadside in al-Ishaqi area, at a time when the American army announced the killing of one of US marine in clashes near Falluja where the American forces detained 12 persons in one of the markets.
