Speaker of Spanish Senate in Damascus

Speaker of the Spanish Senate Francisco Javier Rojo Garcia on Sunday underlined the importance of the Syrian-Spanish relations, particularly in the parliamentary domain to be the basis for deepened relations.
Rojo Garcia, in a statement to SANA reporter upon arrival at Damascus Airport, noted to the necessity for boosting cooperation ties between the two friendly countries and working to achieve peace and stability in the region and the whole world.
