Iranian president highlights Syrian- Iranian relations

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran on Wednesday described relations between Iran and Syria as "brotherly and strong."
Tehran and Damascus stances are very clear regarding issues of the region and they are against the foreign intervention in the Middle East affairs, Iranian IRNA news agency quoted President Ahmadinejad as saying ahead of his today visit to Syria, noting that his country opposes the policy of arrogance and foreign intervention in internal affairs.
