11 Iraqi security forces bodies found, US soldier died

The American forces in Iraq announced on Wednesday finding 11 bodies for members of the Iraqi police and army north of Baghdad.
A statement by the US army said that the found bodies were hand roped and killed by bullets in al-Taremeyah area, north of the capital. Al-Taremeyah is the area where the American military helicopter was downed several days ago.
In another development, the American forces announced the death of one of its soldiers as a result of injuries "he had in a military operation," without explaining conditions behind the injuries or the death.
The Iraqi police said that gunmen kidnapped 50 volunteers to work with the Iraqi security forces in al-Mushahada area north of Baghdad.
In Baghdad, the police explained that Muhammad Saddak al-Battah, Sheikh of Albu Jleib tribe, and his nephew and a third person works in the intelligence of the western area were found killed inside their flat in the capital. The police also announced that five police members were killed and nine injured in a bomb explosion in their vehicle near Baqouba northeast of Baghdad.
Moreover, ten Iraqis working in a private security establishment assigned to guard employees of an Iraqi telephone company, were killed in an attack targeting their vehicle west of Baghdad, and resulted also in injuring two persons.
The attack resulted in kidnapping one engineer from Malawi working for the Egyptian Orascom company, while the company also said that another engineer from Madagascar might be kidnapped or had fled from the site of the explosion.
At least 13 Iraqis were killed in various attacks on Tuesday with the most violent of which targeted a company for canning food for the Iraqi army and this resulted in killing seven persons. The police also announced finding 22 bodies to the south of Najaf city.
In Tokyo, the Japanese ministry of defense denied that four of its soldiers who were deployed in northern Iraq were killed in an attack as stated at an Islamic electronic site.
