Egypt warns of weak African Union presence in Darfur

The Egyptian presidential spokesman Suleiman Awwad warned of marginalizing the role of the African Union in the Darfur problem in Sudan and replacing its forces by United Nations troops, as a negative issue for the image of the African Union.
