Al-Wafd: Mubarak's visit to Israel conditioned by time

The Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abu El-Gheit said that "Mubarak's visit to Israel is conditioned by time and circumstances pointing out that it has to contribute positively in the Peace Process," a government report noted.
In an interview with Al-Wafd newspaper on December 15, he stressed that "Egypt retaliated that it does not welcome the international monitoring on the electoral process indicating that the Egyptian judiciary was monitoring the process."
