Mrs al-Assad honored for her work on strengthening the family

Syria's First Lady Asmaa al-Assad met Wednesday with a delegation of the World Family Organization and Heads of the Arab delegations participating in the said Forum. She was honored for her efforts in supporting the Arab family affairs.
Damascus has been chosen as the capital of the Arab family until 2006 and the venue of an international conference on the Arab family affairs due to be held next year. This was among the outcomes of the just- concluded Arab Forum for Family held in Damascus.
