Hostages kidnappers extend grace period in Iraq
Iraq, Local, 12/8/2005

A group calling itself Saraya Seyouf al-Haq (groups of the rightful swords), that holds four western hostages in Iraq extended the grace period for their execution for another 48 hours that expires on December 10th unless the British and American governments implement their demands to release all Iraqi detainees in the jails of the American and Iraqi forces.

The group had earlier threatened to kill the hostages by the fall of December 8th unless their demands are met. The hostages are two Canadians, one British and one American, members of the team called the makers of the Christian peace.
