Two police women behind the police academy attack in Baghdad

The Iraqi minister of the Interior Baqer Jaber Soulagh said that two police women carried out the twin suicide operation in the police academy in Baghdad and resulted in killing more than 37 sand injuring 72 of the officers and students of the academy.

The Iraqi minister said that the Tuesday explosion took place in the academy was carried out by two police women in the academy which indicates that there are internal violations that can not be controlled.

An Iraqi security source said that the first explosion took place when the students were in their way to the restaurant following the end of training and during the state of fear the second explosion took place. However, early news reports said that two women carried out the two attacks but a statement by the American army stressed later they were two men.
