Ghazaleh, Jame returned back after their interrogation

Two Syrian security officials returned back to Damascus on Tuesday after they were interrogated in Vienna by the UN investigators in the probe of the assassination of former Lebanese prime minister Rafiq al-Hariri.

News reports quoted diplomatic sources in Beirut as saying that the former director of the Syrian intelligence in Lebanon, Roustom Ghazaleh, and his assistant, Jame Jame, returned back with their lawyers to Damascus after they were interrogated at the UN headquarters in Vienna by investigators in the committee which is led by judge Detlev Mehlis.

The same sources said that the two army Maj. Gen. Zafer Youssef and Abdul Karim Abbas and one retired officer flew on Tuesday to Vienna for questioning in the investigations which are expected to be completed before next Thursday.
