The Egyptian government said that "the run-offs of the second stage of Egypt's parliamentary elections will be held Saturday, November 26 in 68 constituencies in nine governorates. 242 candidates will be competing for 121 seats," adding that the police will be restricted to securing polling stations from the outside.
