The Egyptian ruling party and the elections

News reports in Cairo said that the performance of the ruling party in the parliamentary elections was much less than expected, as the party lost 20% of the circles where it is very influential, in addition to taking part in the repeated election rounds in many circles most of them against Muslim Bthe rothers.
As it was expected, senior leaders of the ruling national party and the ministers won the elections. They are the chairman of the court of the President of the Republic in al-Zeitoun circle, north east of Cairo, Zakaraya Azmi, the speaker of the parliament whose term of office has expired. Ahmaf Fatehi Sorour in Mrs. Zeinab, and the businessman Ahmad Ezz in Manouf circle in al-Manofeyah governorate in the Nile Delta.
The minister of finance Yousef Botrous Ghali won the circle of the technical institute in Shobra, and the minister for parliament affairs Kamal al-Chazli in al-Manofeyah governorate and the minister of construction and new building societies Muhammad Ibrahim Suleiman in al-Jamaleyah in the center of Cairo.
The second phase of the elections will be carried out on November 20 in al-Qilyubeyah, al-Bujeira and Alexandria to the north and in al-Ismaeleyah, Port Saeed, the Suez, al-Gharbeyah, al-Fayoum and Qana.
The third phase of the elections will be in December and it will cover nine Egyptrian governorates which are al-Diqahleyah, al-Sharqeyah, Kafer al-Sheikh, Dumyat, Suhaj, Aswan, the Red Sea and the north and south of Sinai.
