Sedki: My mission is to promote tourists' flow to Egypt

The new Chief of The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) Amr Sedki said that having been chosen for this position is in appreciation of the growth achieved by Egypt's tourism sector. He regards it as a proof of Egypt's distinction in the field of tourism.

He said to al-Akhbar that this post will give him the chance to attain positive steps in doubling the number of tourists in Egypt via the society. comprises 20.000 members of international hotels and tourism agencies in 140 countries around the world.

Sedki pointed out that the board of international chiefs of ASTA will activate cooperation and exchange of experiences, information and facilities in the field of tourism among all the members. He stressed that this approach will promote the flow of tourists from member states and USA to Egypt.
