Five killed in attack on Somali prime minister

Medical sources and witnesses in the Somali capital Mogadishu said that three persons were killed and other 20 injured in a bomb explosion coincided with the passing by of the convoy of the prime minister Muhammad Ali Gheidi.

The sources said that the explosion took place near the procession of the Somali prime minister who was coming from the airport on his way to his residence in the capital. The sources said that Gheidi was not harmed.

Worthy mentioning that the government of Gheidi is currently located in Juhar city, north of Mogadishu, because of the spread of armed gangs and the difficulty to control the situation under the current conditions for the government, which takes of Nairobi in joining Kenya as a headquarters.
