Peres to al-Seyasah: Kuwait will be a good partner

The Israeli deputy foreign minister Shimon Peres said on Saturday said that Kuwait will be a good partner in the field of business for Israel in the future, despite the fact that the two countries are no relations at the meantime.
Peres told the Kuwaiti daily al-Seyasah"we were not in conflict with Kuwait at any time, and we know that its interference in the Palestinian issue is a positive one, rather than an interference that encourages terrorism and provocation."
Peres added "I consider that the spirit of initiative and the free economy which characterize Kuwait, make of it, when it necessary, to be an appropriate partner for businessmen and companies in Israel."
