Greek and Jordanian fronts rebuff US pressures on Syria

Greek Labor Struggle Front has announced on Thursday unlimited support to the Syrian people to face the brutal and unfair attack against the Syrian people.

In a statement issued in Damascus, the front warned against the exploitation of the United Nations as a tool to serve the United States interests calling to a quick halt to all suspicious schemes aimed at Syria.

On the other hand, the Jordanian National Assembly that includes all the national parties and vocational syndicates in Jordan that the report of the UN Investigating Committee on assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafiq Hariri came in harmony with the American inclinations to make them a big favor by involving Syria in accusation circle.

In a statement, the assembly said the US target behind that is to direct more pressures on Syria due to her refusal to abide by the US goals aimed at remodeling the region as to serve American and Israeli interests.

"We all stress backing of Syria in the face of US hegemony and arrogance and call upon all Arab masses to stand by Syria as to support her and defend themselves," the assembly said.
