Nine Iraqis were killed

An Iraqi security source , who wanted to remain anonymous, said that Nabil al-Musawi, the financial official in the museum department of the ministry of culture, was killed on Wednesday together with his driver at the hands of gunmen in southern Baghdad.

The same source confirmed that two guards for the minister of water resources Latif Rasheed were killed and one passing by woman was injured in an attack in al-Amereyah area. But the minister was not in the procession.

The police said the five security men were killed in two separate attacks in Ramadi and Falluja. One doctor said that four bodies were found, three of them were in military uniform in Haditha to the northwest of Baghdad with hand-tightened and sealed mouth and bear traces of bullets in the head and the chest.
