Mubarak receives Israeli Defense Minister

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak Wednesday received Israeli Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz who arrived earlier in the day on a brief visit to Egypt. The talks fall within the context of Egyptian attempts to promote peace efforts and remove obstacles impeding the opening of the checkpoints and the Gaza airport and ports.
