Washington re-open its consulate in Algeria

The American embassy in Algeria announced on Sunday that the consulate section will resume receiving visa applications for the Algerians as from November 25th.
The visa applications for Algerians, used to be made from Tunisia since the American Consulate in Algeria closed its doors because of the deteriorated security conditions at the beginning of the 1990s.
