Moussa's visit to Iraq deplored by al-Qaida

The Iraqi government welcomed the expected visit by the secretary general of the Arab League Amr Moussa to Baghdad and also the efforts of the Arab League to revitalize its diplomatic presence in Iraq.
A role the Iraqi government said that Iraq had asked for in several occasions. Meantime, al-Qaida organization in Iraq deplored the visit and considered its "a conspiracy aiming at halting Jihad in the Sunni areas."
