Hizbullah warns against foreign intervention in lebanon
Lebanon-Israel, Politics, 10/10/2005

Deputy secretary General of the Lebanese Hizbullah, Sheikh Naim Qassem, described foreign intervention in his country's internal affairs as "an Israeli decision in nature, identity and outcomes."

Sheikh Qassem, in a ceremony held by Hizbullah in the Western Bekaa town of Mashghara on Sunday, asserted that "we will not move backward under any slogan...and Israel has to know that Lebanon cannot be any more a gate for Israeli projects."

He added that "Lebanese resistance which dislodged Israeli enemy from most of the occupied Lebanese territories has blocked the way before turning Lebanon into a part of the Israeli project in the region."

The Hizbullah official added that the peace envisaged by the US and Israel is the capitulation of Arabs.
