Qathafi's views on political change of power

JANA reported yesterday that the Libyan Leader Muammar al-Qathafi "analyzed the heretical sophistry and shallowness of the claims presented in the world on the socalled rotation of power and its exercise on behalf of the people and issuance of laws in the name of the people and the separation of power."

Al-Qathafi explained in his speech "on the day of loyalty that the exercise of power in the name of the people and enacting of laws in the name of the people is a fraud and falsification of the will of the people because the exercise of power and enacting of laws in the name of the people means that the people do not exercise authority directly by themselves nor they pass a law by themselves."

Al-Qathafi explained that "people who make such claims are themselves who make calls for rotation of power which means that the people are outside the authority where rotation of power is carried out and thus domination of people through one president comes and another goes and through a party that dominates and rules then it goes and another party comes."

"What applies on these claims of the shallowness heresy and sophistry applies on the claims of the separation of the executive legislative and judicial authorities he said When people rule there is no need for separation of power because the people themselves have the executive the legislative and the judicial power he stressed."
