No change in US policy on Golan, Fernandez says

U. S. official denied on Friday Israeli allegations over Washington's support to maintain the Israeli occupation of the Syrian Golan, a UAE paper said Friday.
The United Arab Emirates newspaper al-Khalij quoted US State Department officer of Press and General Policies Alberto Fernandez as saying there is no change in the US policy on the Syrian Golan occupied by Israel. "It is inaccurate what is repeated in Israel that the US is with the occupation continuity on Golan and I say there is no change in the US policy in this respect," Fernandez said.
