Among attacks in Iraq attached, Jordanian embassy cars

An Iraqi civilian was killed and other 14 injured including ten members of the Iraqi police when one booby trapped car was detonated targeting an Iraqi police inspection point in Baqouba city northeast of Baghdad on Wednesday afternoon.

In al-Shu'la area, west of the capital, the police found six bodies for men with their hands tightened. A source at the Sunni Waqf said that the bodies are for citizens from al-Hurria area who were detained on Tuesday by men wearing police men uniform.

Other seven bodies were found for men killed by bullets into their heads in al-Taji north of Baghdad. The police said that the bodies of the killed men were hand tightened and eye veiled. Gunmen killed one police man southeast of Baghdad while he was heading for his work on Wednesday morning.

In another development, one police man and one Iraqi civilian were killed in an armed attack against cars for the Jordanian embassy in al-Ghazaleyah area, west of Baghdad.

One Jordanian source said that a procession for the embassy was attacked by "terrorists" and hit one of the cars with bullets, but no casualties were reported in the lines of its passengers. The procession was heading to the Jordanian hospital near Falluja.

In Falluja smoke columns were seen coming from two headquarters for the American forces in the center of the city after they were attacked by missiles. No information was reported on the volume of the losses nor the damages.
