Tishrin: Regan regrets destruction of Quneitra

Chairman of 'Women For Peace Association' Rita Regan has described her visit to the occupied Golan and al-Qunaitera city as very impressive due to the destruction scenes that the Israeli occupation had left behind.
In a statement to Tishrin daily published Thursday, Regan expressed the participants in the Women For Peace march solidarity with Syria.
She said "I feel proud to visit Syria where I feel a true desire of the Syrian people to achieve peace," asserting that the effort exerted to make this march a success in Syria will motivate it to return again to Syria.
The peace march, which was launched from Beirut across Damascus, headed to Amman, capital of Jordan then to Ram Allah in Palestine in an attempt to achieve the aspired peace in the region.
