Syrian community in Brazil solidarity with homeland

A delegation of the Syrian community in Brazil underscored on Thursday "solidarity with Syria and her rights as well rejection of diktats and foreign pressures to change her stances."
Meeting Assistant Secretary General of the Baath Arab Socialist party, Abdullah al-Ahmar, the delegation headed by pastor of the Syrian Orthodox church in Brazil, Daskino Masour, "discussed current situation in the region and what Syria is exposed to of pressures and media campaigns circulating for Zionist aims antagonizing Syria and the whole Arab nation."
The delegation emphasized the "atmosphere of tolerance and coexistence that is seen by everyone who visits Syria to assert the national link that everyone is melted with."
They expressed their "pride to their Arab belonging and the role played by Syria to close links with sons of the Arab community and in defending challenges facing her."
