Ahmadinejad: No world peace by hegemony

Iran's President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said Wednesday the "establishment of peace and stability in the world would be impossible with the logic of hegemony," IRNA reported.
Ahmadinejad made the remark in a meeting with his Lebanese counterpart Emile Lahoud on the sidelines of the UN world summit. "Certain international powers seek their welfare in oppression and imposition of war on others. It has been proven, however, that establishment of sustainable peace in the world will be impossible through pursuing the logic of hegemony," he said.
