Mubarak receives telephone call from al-Qathafi

Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak received a telephone call on Thursday from Libyan leader Muammar al-Qathafi on the Arab and African developments, and expressed appreciations for Qathafi's decision to pardon some Egyptians who were serving sentence in Libya
The Libyan leader congratulated Egypt's people over the success of Wednesday's presidential election.
