Iran will not give up right to nuclear technology: Rafsanjani

Chairman of Expediency Council in Iran, Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani, has stressed the necessity of realizating security and stability in Iraq calling upon the Iraqi people to unify ranks to face their problems.
Addressing the worshipers Friday, Rafsanjani said that the occupation authorities in Iraq are unable to achieve security and stability, expressing hope that Iraq's neighboring states will help Iraq overcome its current ordeal.
Rafsanjani said "Iran has the right to make use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes," adding that Iran will not give up this right as long as it is committed to international laws.
He criticized the US rejection to issue visa for a number of presidents and heads of parliamentary delegations to participate at the UN world summit activities calling for moving headquarters of those organizations to outside the U.S.
"The US clear violations of the international laws and human rights in the world and in Guantanamo Bay detention are evidences on the US false allegations regarding human rights." Rafsanjani concluded.
