Bush to receive Iraqi President Jalal Talabani

US President George W. Bush will welcome Iraqi President Jalal Talabani to the White House September 13 to discuss progress in Iraq's democratic political process as that country prepares for an October 15 referendum on its draft constitution. The two leaders also will discuss a range of bilateral, regional and international issues, according to the White House.
