Al-Assad receives Kaddoumi

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received in Lattakia palace Wednesday afternoon Chairman of the Political Department at the Palestinian Liberation Organization Farouk al-Qaddoumi.
Talks during the meeting dealt with "latest developments on the Palestinian arena and enhancing the Palestinian unity particularly after the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza strip."
