US Congress delegation arrives in Cairo

A US Congressional delegation headed by Senator Thomas M. Davis arrived in Cairo on Friday and is scheduled to confer with a number of senior Egyptian officials on the latest developments in the Middle East in light of the Israeli withdrawal from Gaza Strip.
Another US Congressional delegation left Cairo on Friday heading for Qatari capital, Doha, after wrapping up a two-day visit to Egypt.
