Tunisian newspaper says Israel relocating settle to occupied Golan
Syria-Israel, Politics, 9/1/2005

Tunisian newspaper 'al-Sabah' denounced Israeli decision to move settlers from Gaza Strip to the occupied Syrian Golan, asserting the need for Israeli withdrawal from the occupied Golan, as well as ending the settlement policy as a pre-condition to achieving peace, security and stability in the Middle East.

In an article published Wednesday, the newspaper said "the occupied Golan isn't a place for settlers or a park for Sharon's government," asserting that moving Israeli settlers to Golan aims at consolidating Israeli occupation of Syrian lands.

The newspaper also stressed that sooner or later Israel will withdraw from all the occupied Arab lands, calling on Israel to abide by the UN resolutions which provide for Israeli full withdrawal from all the Arab lands and dismantling settlements.
